Important Information & Terms and Conditions

• *If you book the group discount incorrectly, we reserve the right to request the price difference or cancel your place.
• This event has an age restriction to ensure everyone’s safety. By signing this form, you confirm you are aged of 18 years or above.
• All participants are responsible for their own medical condition. Neither the organisers of the event, nor our sponsors accept any liability for the health of the entrant.
• The organisers and the sponsors of the event, to the extent permitted by law, exclude liability for any loss, damage, injury, or consequential loss suffered by any entrant personally or to their property as result of their entry to or participation in this event.
• You may be photographed or videoed at the event. By registering for the event and entering into this agreement, you grant St Teresa’s Hospice full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the charity’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
• Your Great North Run 2025 entry fee paid to St Teresa’s Hospice is non-refundable. If for any reason you are no longer able to take part in Great North Run 2025, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to can transfer your place where possible.
• If you defer your 2025 place will be required to pay again to the Great Run Company for their place the following year. Any sponsorship that you have raised can be rolled over onto next year’s event.
• The Great North Run will email your token directly to you (not via St Teresa’s Hospice) at a later date. You are required to redeem these before the deadline imposed by The Great North Run or you place will be forfeit.
• Your race number and timing chip will be sent directly from Great North Run a couple of weeks prior to the run. Please note, they are unable to post outside of the UK.
• By submitting this form, you give St Teresa’s Hospice permission to contact your emergency contact in case of emergency.
• It costs St Teresa’s Hospice £165 for each place in the Great North Run. By signing up, you agree to aim to raise in excess of £300 in sponsorship for St Teresa’s Hospice.
• By completing and signing this registration form, you confirm you have read and fully accept the conditions of entry to the Great North Run 2025 event, including all of the rules and conditions set by both St Teresa’s Hospice and the AJ Bell Great North Run Company, and agree to follow any instructions given to you during the event by the Great North Run staff, St Teresa’s Hospice staff, volunteers and the medical team.
