Every leaf that is placed on our precious memory tree helps the Hospice to grow
With the generous support of Darlington Building Society we created a Memory Tree within our Inpatient Unit at the Woodlands. You are invited to leave a lasting tribute to a loved one, whether or not they were cared for by the Hospice.
