- By purchasing your Ruby Ball Ticket, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and incorporate standards set by the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice.
- Warning: Please note there may be flash photography and flashing lights at this event.
- All participants must purchase tickets in advance and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- St Teresa’s Hospice, its employees, volunteers, and agents accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants, unless caused by our negligence.
- Participants are responsible for any property or personal belongings brought to the event.
- Photographs and video footage will be taken during the event and used by St Teresa’s Hospice for promotional and reporting purposes (including social media and fundraising materials).
- If you do not wish to appear in media content, please let us know or inform an event official on the day.
In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Tickets are non-refundable unless we cancel the event.
