Moon in Memory
Our Moonlight & Memories Walk returns for 2023 to walk in memory of those we have loved and lost.
If you can’t join us on the night for the walk itself, you can donate in lieu of attendance below and place a moon in memory with your loved one’s name on our memory wall.
By taking part in Moonlight & Memories, with a moon, donation or walking on the night, you’re remembering those most loved as well making a real difference to the support St Teresa’s Hospice can give to patients, their loved ones, and carers.

We rely on the generosity of our community to help fund our specialist care. By taking part in this fantastic event, you’ll help us continue to be there for families when it matters most. Please help the event be the biggest and best yet by generating as much sponsorship as possible and by asking your friends, family, and colleagues to join us!
- £5 could pay for a meal in our Inpatient Unit.
- £10 could pay for a day of oxygen for a patient.
- £20 could pay for an hour of care for a patient in their preferred place.
- £35 could pay for a session of counselling for a bereaved family.

Please submit your spelling exactly as you would like your name to appear on your moon.
